Purchased a certified Accord from Chandler at Wilde Honda. While I am a long time Honda customer, this was my first car with Wilde Honda. A week later, I noticed that my back up camera was loose. There was some dialog about coverage and wear and tear, but Chandler was a steady influence, and encouraged me to bring the car in. In the end, Wilde and Chandler replaced the entire camera and connection. At no charge. I will be back.
