This is my second day at this hotel and so far I haven't been able to get a roll away bed. A roll away bed is listed as available on the website and one has been requested 5 times now. Terry in guest services has been very unhelpful and couldn't tell me how many roll away beds the hotel had or where they were at. He said he would "check with housekeeping in the morning" to see if they knew where one was. I've been pleasantly persistent to get a roll away bed because the fold out couch is terrible and made my back hurt. Also the breakfast wasn't fantastic either; the biscuits were dry and hard. Definitely the worst experience I've had at a Holiday Inn.
