Called GenzRyan as a result of a burst pipe flooding my basement. Online saw 24 hr hotline, called and was given appointment for following day from 12-2. My wife comes home to meet them and at 2:30 have not seen them so she calls office. Was told that one of their plumbers got sick and that they couldn t honor the appointment. When asked when they could come out we were told June 12th (two weeks later). A call notifying us they were not going to show would have been the very least we would have expected. We obviously cannot wait two weeks to address so we now need to start over the process of finding an emergency plumber after having already lost 1 day. I no longer Love These Guys .
