BMW Ontario utilizes them if they run out of BMW loaner cars so my husband was waiting almost 2 hours for enterprise to drive around the corner to pick him up. They never came! So BMW decided to just drop him off and they had 1 car available! Literally! Also never apologized for standing up my husband with his pick up. Apparently they were conveniently doing that the entire day with the other customers as we overheard the complaints of BMW customers on their scheduled enterprise pick up. I will never personally rent from them seeing how the entire process of renting a car literally took 3 hours! I am really sorry to have write this but I honestly was appalled at the lack of consideration and customer service.
