It's been a week since I tried to reactivate my motorbike policy that I stopped in November. Despite the more e-mails sent to customer service, I received only one answer saying that they have no problem preventing the reactivation of my policy. It is a pity that through the site and following all the indications I am informed that at the moment it is not possible to carry out the operation and try again later. I do not know how Yamaha can recommend this agreement with 24h assistance! You pay less, but if the service is this better to leave. Meanwhile, I wait for an answer but above all the reactivation of my policy (which of course I have already paid and it bothers me when people do what they want with the money of others). Here it is shown that you do not comply with the contracts signed!
