I have purchased a car from here once and also am now currently leasing a vehicle from here. I will tell you STAY AWAY!!! The first time we purchased a vehicle they were great until after we signed the contract and drove away. They called 3 days later and said we needed to come in to resign the contract because the bank couldn't finance us for that amount. WHAT?!? We go back in and sign another contract with a lower amount owed with a higher financing.

Second vehicle leasing (Why did I not learn my lesson the first time) We leave the lot with a car under a leasing contract and decided the same day that we are not comfortable with the payment called and wanted to get our MDX back and not take the TL. The manager said he couldn't do that because they had already sold our MDX. This time I am very upset and just figure I would deal with it. Well the manager says he is going to see what he can do to try to help us out WARNING (they say they are trying to help you but the only one they are helping is their selves) The manager calls and says he found $500 dollars that they can take off to lower our payment so deja vu we are here signing another contract. At this point I give up and I figured I would live with this vehicle during the lease period and then be done with Mac Churchill. There is more to the story next...
So here we are when we signed the first contact since my husband is disabled we wanted a worry free vehicle so we included a paint protection plan, tire protection plan, and maintenance plan. HERE IT IS THE PUNCH LINE guess where he found the $500 from that's right the tire protection plan. We didn't find this out until almost a year later when I had a flat. My husband also asked a guy in the service department for a copy of this new contract since we were unaware of the voided tire protection plan. They said no. Not we are not allowed to copy your contract but a sales person or finance can help you. There is so much more I could rant about but I'm trying to keep my review short. Well after 3 days of dealing with this we finally want to talk to the owner. We go in and talk to the owner and his lack of caring of what was going on was appalling so I have decided that I will not buy from there ever again and will let everyone I know not to buy from there either. He had a lot of flattery words but flattery only gets you so far.
