The service experience was wonderful. I purposely scheduled their first a.m. appointment, hoping to be first in/first out, and arrived 1/2 hour early so I could be the first in front of their bays. It was a little confusing as to whether I was to drive into the bays once the doors were open, but others were in line at the other 2 bays, so I just followed their lead and drove in. I was greeted by a technician who registered the vehicle and the service I needed (it was for a recall) and within a few minutes was sitting in their customer lounge. I was told approximately 2 hours and they were done in 1 1/2 hours. I fully expected a technician to come in and up sell me on other maintenance as I have experienced this before with other vehicles and other dealerships, but this did not happen. A pleasant surprise. They did the recall maintenance as requested and one small other repair I requested. The only negative, and a selfish one, is that I like milk/cream in my tea, not powdered coffee creamer. But I was pleased that they offered a variety of coffee AND tea, had a snack vending machine, and a soda vending machine. AND someone supplied donuts! Don't know if it was for workers or customers, but did see customers eating them. Nice touch. There was only one cafe table as a workspace, and more of those would have been nice. But that fact that they had Wifi access was a great plus. I would not have stayed for the repair if I was unable to work there, too. I was even personally greeted by the service manager, Joe, as he want out of his way to come into the lounge to shake my hand. A surprisingly pleasant experience all around.
