Geoff McDonald & Associates were awesome! I worked with Mike and Betty on my case that originated in November 2012 and concluded August of 2014. I have nothing but praise for the entire team! Mike and Betty were always available by phone when I had questions or needed anything. They were attentive, but not remotely pushy, which is a difficult balance to maintain when you're talking legal representation. They followed up when they said they would, and never left me wondering where I stood.

I never thought I would be in a position to need legal representation, so when the time came, I had no idea what to expect. Mike Beste was beyond effective when it came to communicating, making sure I understood the process, and making himself available to answer any and all questions I had. From what I've heard/read, it is not unusual for clients to not speak directly with their attorneys until closer to court dates, and for clients to find that they are not a priority within large firms. That was not the case with Mike, as I was able to speak directly with him whenever I needed to, or had a question. My experience with Mike and Betty at Geoff McDonald & Associates was nothing but positive. They honestly made an unfortunate event, a painless experience.

In case my praise is not clearly indicative, they won my case, and exceeded my expectations in that department as well! My case was actually refused by another firm who verbalized that my case would be, "a difficult one to win." Well, the team at Geoff McDonald & Associates not only won my case, but exceeded what I thought my case would warrant, financially.

I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a competent team for legal representation. Their professionalism, communication, and kindness proved to exceed my expectations in every way possible!
