BMO Investorline needs to fix their online custome...

BMO Investorline needs to fix their online customer service or discontinue providing any service at all! Waiting 1 hour to have a rep pick up the call and then being disconnected is totally unacceptable, notwithstanding the current environment. I'm sure that Investorline must be bleeding clients to other providers - and for good reason!
