2.) The maintenance team responds to tickets quickly. A burnt lightbulb won t be out for too long. They replaced my broken dishwasher.
3.) There are a lot of amenities, including a new fitness center, a pool, free breakfast every month, coffee every morning, and yoga in the evenings. They also have a friendly concierge staff that keeps your package safe. The lobby is kept clean. They have computers and an area to sit and read.
4.) the downsides are numerous. This is a very old building. The kitchen is old , so the stove doesn t work as well as I would like. There s no range hood in my unit. The apartment didn t come with a microwave. The heating and cooling are centralized so I have no control over hot or cold. They only switch twice a year.
