DOC was great!!!!! I was have issues with gurgling in my toilet and the toilets were backing up a little . Googled Septic Pumping in my area and Rooter Plus came up. I called the service representative answered we scheduled an appointment , she gave me some fees. Doc Arrived with his assistant they were very professional great customer service. Doc explained the tank was full. They had to dig a little , replacing everything neatly. Doc explained fully the price and what they were going to do prior to doing the work. Excellent customer service , professional work.... Thank you Rooter Plus. P.S. very reasonable pricing...
