Our travel team was forced to reserve the hotel through THS service during a tournament. Once we arrived, several rooms were found to have bugs in them. At least one of the bugs was a mite found in the bed. The front desk clerk verbally told our group representative that families would not be charged for not checking in due to the bug situation. We were forced to find alternate lodging. A few days later, all families were billed for a room we never checked in to. Phone calls to the hotel were sent to voicemail and never returned.
