Today was an upper endoscopy and I was greeted with utmost courtesy and kindness by desk staff. Nursing staff was stellar as well. I didn t want for anything. Warm blankets, the offers of can I get you anything else? I love Northwest Texas Hospital. Explanations of procedures were thorough and thought out and explained in a manner I could grasp. Of course my doctor is by far the best I have ever had. In conclusion, I trust NWTH with my care 150%. I am ALWAYS treated with dignity and care in addition to the great personalities of everyone.
