Review of Illini Nissan

I'm a little unsure how to rate the service depart...

I'm a little unsure how to rate the service department. I purchased my truck from Illini Nissan 3 months ago, and during the first oil service change, I get a call from the mechanic telling me that I need to replace all the engine belts. Sure seems to me like that would be something that either could have been taken care of prior to selling me the truck, or at least made me aware of it then. I even specifically asked the GM when I purchased the truck if there were any items I needed to be aware of for future reference or maintenance, and of course, there was nothing.

I will say that Kevin Hawkins got my truck in quickly to perform the oil change service, and it was done in a timely manner. Since it was my first time using the service department, I'll have to see how future visits go.
