Their price is very competitive compare to other MB dealership in the Bay Area,
that's why I come back to purchase my 2nd Merz after my SLK was totaled.

However, our buying experience isn't very positive this time,
we spent a whopping 4 HOURS at the dealership to purchase our CPO E-Class,
and that's with the fact that we negotiated the price over the phone before we come to the dealership, and we only did a 5 mins test drive around Hyatt house.
Everything just took unreasonably long, especially for the F&I manger, we waited an hour and half to finally start on the paperwork.

And the after sales service is not existing.

We purchased the car more than 4 weeks ago, and we still have not receive the second key fob, the owner's manual, and still have due bill item undone.
I talk to manager after manager regarding this matter, they only took down my information and tell me they will call me once they have the part.

And I have not heard back from them ever since.

At this point I have a feeling that I may have better odds just to sue them in San Mateo Small Claim Court.
