Have been trying to switch to EI since January. Now April. Signed me up for wrong account, and said I had to wait another 28 days to switch. Have asked to raise a complaint, but being fobbed off now because of the lockdown! Finally after over 2 months got issued an account number to allow me to register online, which I did, to now see that I can't access anything to do with my account or even submit meter readings. Wish I'd have read the reviews before switching to this shambles of a company. Currently researching other providers, or might just go back to SSE who I never had any issues with - other than the prices. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.
