Tuesday I was approached by one of their broker and there was a problem in the way of taking out a contract. Indeed they made me sign a so called electronic contract but without having read the content upstream.

So I called the service claim and thanks to Alice and Fabrice quality service malfunction was taken into account and assured me that the contract was not validated so no levy.

Therefore, I thank for the responsiveness and resolution of the problem.

However, I think we should review this broker and especially the advisor who contacted me to make him understand the values and methods that you advocate because it could undermine your image.
