Brought my 2011 A6 in for its 65,000 mile service and when I picked up my car I noticed a raddle that seemed to come from the dashboard. My first thought was that something might have been left loose while the vehicle was being serviced. I called the service department and was able to get an appointment with in a few days. When I arrived I was greeted politely by a service advisor and I explained the problem and let her know I would wait while they diagnosed the noise I was hearing.
The waiting area as always was clean and comfortable and I was able to do some work on my laptop while I waited and even enjoyed a fresh cup of coffee while waiting. After about an hour the Service Advisor came back and let me know problem solved. She told me a clip on the Sun Visor had come loose and needed tightening. When I heard this I knew this wasn t a problem that happened when the car was being serviced it most likely already existed and I never noticed it until I had the vehicle was in for service. I was handed the paperwork with my key and was told no charge and while you were waiting we washed your car also. Your car is out front thank you for doing business with Hoffman Audi
