Disappointing! We bought the Tour to Santo Domingo...

Disappointing! We bought the Tour to Santo Domingo, to visit five monuments and we were only in three. Our main objective was to know the Cathedral of Santo Domingo and arriving there we could not enter because it is a Thursday holiday. Almost all shops closed. No one warned us that it would be a holiday and almost everything would be closed. The guide had knowledge of the way, but did not organize well, because we could not visit everything that was proposed and yet, I saw him without patience with a lady of the group. At lunch, I missed dessert and went without. Upon informing, on these issues, to the company representative at the hotel, he said he had nothing to do, because we were already leaving the hotel.
