I tried to give all the information i could to Chandler, but she had an attitude, very condescending, and total lack of customer service. Kept reiterating that i needed to re-read my emails and that if i cant understand the basics of what she was asking, that it will not work out for me. It is funny, that she would say that, especially after she never read mine correctly! She is very combative and i would NEVER deal with your company because of her! Please rip up the contract and all the info i sent to her on all the info i recieved from Social Security. I always try to make everyones job easier, but her comments and degrading emails, made me really not want to deal with your conpany. She is the worst at customer service that i have ever seen!!! I have been in sales, a dj and customer sevice for over 30 years and i feel bad for your company, because with her, your loss of business will be great!!Best of luck to you.
