Got there and was put in the basement (lower level) not a real big deal, I'm ok with that. Get into my room and throw my stuff up on the bed to look out the window. All I get to see is a giant wall of another part of the hotel and a bunch of rocks (you know, since I'm in the basement, below ground level).

Whatever, I won't be spending much time in here, it's fine. Go over to my bed and by the bathroom wall, it's pretty cold over there. I jump up and feel water seeping into my socks now. I look around and see that there was a leak or an on-going leak happening that clearly has been there for a while because the carpeting up against the wall had been peeling off.

I call front desk and they say ok, we'll send an engineer down. They come down, move me to another room. Well, clearly housekeeping KNEW there was a leak and told no one. Thanks for that.

Wake up in the morning to go eat breakfast and I tell them I'm with a group for a meeting there. Lady taking me to my table says 'Ok! Great, I'll write it down!"

Alright...I sit down, and a waitress comes over to ask me if I want something to drink, I say no and get up to get my food. Finish everything and get ready to get up because, free breakfast and the waitress stops me and tells me I need to pay for my meal. Ok...well I was told breakfast was free soo...

Open the bill and it's $20...TWENTY dollars for an omelette and a couple pieces of sausage/bacon. What the freaking crap? Crappy hotel, I'll never be going there again. We WILL certainly go to Embassy Suites down the road though, as they were amazing.
