What an awesome Museum!!
Not to be missed if you are in St Petersburg. Not very far from the Hop On Hop Off bus stop in fact a very interesting walk!!! Leave yourself a good 2-3-4 hours to do justice to the museum (and the gift shop!)
At the end of it we were quite exhausted - we just couldn't take in any more beauty!!
Amazing displays of exquisite artwork in metal and Ceramics. Well worth the entry charge which is even cheaper if you have the Saint Petersburg card.
My poor IPhone images don't go anywhere near representing the beauty of each object: exquisite in every detail and a testament to the attention to detail, workmanship, intricate & superb craftsmanship strikingly apparent in each and every precious piece.
Don't miss it and don't be rushed!!
