This organization is the worst one i have had to work with ever. I am a property manager and they promise to pay the rent for the residents, but they never do. Dont be fooled by their promises. All the residents that have fallen on hard times end up depending on GCCSA and then they get evicted because GCCSA lies to the managers and to the clients. The workers dont seem to have any organizational skills, and are not friendly. They will present you with their business cards, but everytime you call their numbers (extensions) they never answer, dont even bother calling the main number, because it will take you nowhere. The answer the receptionst gave me when i asked her how come they never answer their phone, she stated that they are very busy, and they were actually just sitting around doing nothing. WARNING to all managers and landlords, do not work with these people because they are just lies.
