Horrible I didn't even stay here and it was horrible. They charged me for extra nights and a room I didn't ask for and a reserved it. So I called and told and informed someone I wasn't going and I guess they didn't give the memo out u wasn't coming and they charged me for a no show. So I called and no one wanted to help me out with a refund until I told them. Worst customer service.
