I just did a chat online with your service department. Gentleman named Brett. All I was wanting to know was if you had any oil change/tire rotation specials. They had sent me a postcard with specials but I couldn t seem to find it so figured I would just ask. He kept requesting my email address. I didn t want to give me my email address and finally I said never mind. So at that point our conversation ended. The chat would no longer let me send any messages. I have purchased four cars from John Eagle over the years. I thought I would try to online chat this time since customer service over the phone is gotten pretty bad but apparently online is an any better.
