Was wary of booking with them after a friend had a bad experience years ago...but my sister suggested we try it for ourselves. It is her graduation at the end of the week and we were both wanting to get weave for the special occasion.

I too called in wishing for to book around the same time for convince. After taking my name and number, I asked her to repeat the details back to me just for reassurance. She said a "perm consultation booked for 11:15"...not wanting a perm, I corrected her saying it was a weave and she said that weave came under "Roots and treatments".
All was good at this point! Until I woke up early, walked in the rain and took multiple busses only for my sister to call me saying that they don't do weave! My face at this moment is accurately represented by this emoji:
The story from my sister was that she arrived and they asked for her name, after not finding her on the bookings she (my sister) informed them that I had also booked so it might be under my name. With confusion on the woman's face she asked what we wanted done, my sister told them again only to be told that they don't do weave. My sister asked if they can do ANYTHING...to which they replied "we don't do hair like yours so you better tell the other person not to come".
I'm apalled and really quite offended at the poor handling of bookings, misleading information and generally unapologetic attitude.
I guess I should have listened to my friend in the first place! Oh well, lesson learnt..off to London to get my hair done.
