Dozens of mails and telephones, for better tuning, are sent to the building promoter. After that many promises follow, but few deeds.
A telephone to DUCO, a technician, visited the site within 14 days despite leave.
Has replaced the power cable wrapped in adhesive tape with a new one, and has fine-tuned the system.
Then gave a clear explanation about the operation.
This is a service, as it should be.
