Horrible service at this hotel !

Horrible service at this hotel !
Treated like a common criminal asked for
I d and credit not once but twice!
Had to wait an hour and a half for our room
Was told the would page us when room was ready NOT!
Paid to be treated like garbage for 500.00 a night never stay at this so called upscale resort ever !
Go to the competition where you are treated with respect and dignity for what you are paying.
I will be contacting hotels. Com that I booked through as well hotel management!

Stay far away from this place!
