Went tonight to play pool, specifically asked for the pool table when we walked in and were told everything was a 15 minute wait. We went outside and returned when we were called to the hostess attempting to seat us. When we again stated we were there to play pool and order from the bar we were told to go check if there was an available table. We walk over to find the single table that is open had been booked 3 minutes to us being called back in for the next hour. Had the hostess actually listened or even cared that we didn't want to eat right then we could have played. We drove an HOUR because they said they had open pool tables (implying more than one) when I called ahead. Instead they tried to force us into eating and ruined our only chance to play by NOT LISTENING TO WHAT WE REQUESTED. I should have known it was a mistake when as soon as I walked in another patron was complaining about their waitress and the lack of attention they were being shown. Customer service means actually listening to what the customer says and not trying to force extras on them.
