Unfortunately the customer service at this facility is terrible- while I can not speak to the service they provide to actual client's as we did not ever hear back from anyone at the facility to meet with us to explore options for programs. Despite multiple attempts to connect with them and arrange an appointment, I was repeatedly advised that someone on the administrative side would get back to me to arrange a time to meet... it has been 7 weeks and 5 phone calls on my end and still to no avail! Huge disappointment and poor business practice as a service provider. In speaking with other families with children with needs, many claim to have had the same experience- unsure if the business owner is aware of this, but for this reason alone I rate this facility a zero., It is much much better in my opinion to advise families right away that at this time you are running at capacity and can not offer help rather than lead families on for several weeks of hope.
