Took forever to get calls back. Then wanted us to pay $400 out of pocket for some kind of equipment so they could service us and others. Plus the installation fee and the monthly bill. They lost at least one customer if not more over a $400 piece of equipment. It was heartbreaking cause we had heard good things about the company.
