We have taken a policy from this company for my mom and dad who are visting usa for 6 months.
They take premiums fine with minimal docs. And they want a lots of documents to process. And they say we can send docs through email but they never process it and still complain we have not recieved any. Even though we have email confirmation that they got the email. Noone calls or process our claims. My doctor office sending me invoices for the portion they have to pay and they never paid our march 2013 claim till now. Today is july last week.

Dont buy policies from this company.
