We had a really great experience - we had an issue with our existing furnace that I was worried was potentially dangerous. I first called the number on the existing furnace and they could not come for several days. I then called Boehmers and they had a service person to us within the hour. The customer service person was excellent as well as the service technician. To no surprise we needed a new unit. The sales individual was over later that evening and provided my options - he was great and helpful. The installers arrived first thing the next morning and were quick and professional. Great experience.
