My experience with Family Advocacy Center, Inc. was decent overall. While their services were satisfactory, I felt that there was room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and communication. The staff was polite but could have been more proactive in addressing my concerns. Nevertheless, they did provide the necessary assistance, and I appreciate their efforts in helping me during a difficult period.
