I called Oct 6 to have service transfered to a new...

I called Oct 6 to have service transfered to a new address. In was told that service would be transfered on Oct 27. I was told the same thing the two other times I called in October. It is now Nov. 1st and it still hasn't been transfered.
I have called every day and still get the same answer: they will back date my bill to the 27th after the "technician" can come to do the meter. They told me they have a"formula " to figure charges before transfer. But they won't give me the formula. I know math, no problem doing "formulas". But no, they won't give it to me.
I was told people with no power have priority. Beats me how a gynormous company making billions of dollars can't hire enough people. Or maybe, millions of people in Albuquerque have no electricity. Either way, company sucks.
Also, rumour has it that they will send me a huge first bill. This is just wrong.
I will try public regulation commission and my elected representatives.
PNM must be regulated.
