I had broken down 22 miles away after Service hour...

I had broken down 22 miles away after Service hours. I called another Ford dealership that was closer; 7 miles away. The Lady that answered the phone just told me, "Our service department is closed". I asked if I could have my car towed and dropped off. "Our service department is closed". I asked for sales, looking for guidance and help. Salesman response, "I'm in sales". Transferred me back.

I called Sill-Terhar, the response was very helpful and re-assuring. The young Lady advised that the service department was closed for the evening, but have the tow truck driver drop the car off in the service lot and fill out the key tag and drop off the key in the drop box. She was very helpful in a stressful situation. I was called promptly the next morning that my vehicle was being looked at. Phil kept me informed every step of the way via phone from the estimate of fixing the problem to suggesting that I needed the 100k tune up also. This was done without pressuring me. Because of my situation, I was expecting some pricing hikes. Not at all, I was even given a discount on everything. Phil even called the existing warranty dealer to see what parts would be covered for me. He didn't have to do that. My car was finished and ready for pickup by 2pm that afternoon. Because of the courtesies and service extended to me I'm in contact with their sales department on a possible trade and purchase of another vehicle. Thumbs up to all of you who helped me through that stressful situation. Thank You.
