I had 2 experiences. First was with service for thirst oil change. A reminder call the day before, friendly greeting on th day of service, updates on progress, and helpful information after completion of service made this a smooth and comfortable visit.

Second was with Body Shop. A simple and professional process from beginning to end. Since I was at home under the governmental "Stay at Home" Order, people from the Body Shop came to pick up my car. Several phone updates kept me aware of what progress was being made. Then, once again, people brought my car back jn beautiful shape. I appreciated the simplicity of the process and personal attention during the service time.
