The staff were pretty and friendly, but the hotel was large and the check-in took 30 minutes and the simple service took too long. I asked for a spoon on the phone in the room and waited for over 30 minutes.

And the soundproofing was so bad that it was hard at night
I called the care center a few times, but he didn't change the room.
Still, the room next door was quiet and I sang the song again and again.
I just gave up and slept.

It was nice when I first came in, but it's not a hotel that is so disappointing and stressful that I want to come back. Thank you for the kind service.
