The Surfsand Resort offers 5-star service! My husband and I arrived last Friday to spend the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. Upon arrival, their records indicated our reservation was scheduled for the following weekend. The Surfsand quickly corrected their mistake without hesitation. While their location didn't not have any available rooms, they found a very nice room at one of their sister properties nearby, The Stephanie Inn Carriage House. We were thrilled to not have to turn around and drive home to Portland. We were greeted with many complimentary items and treated like royalty. Each staff member we encountered was absolutely delightful. We even received a call from the general manager to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We had a delicious dinner at the Wayfarer restaurant and again received 5-star service and we were greeted by the head chef. If you're looking for wonderful accommodations and the highest level of hospitality, The Surfsand or Stephanie Inn is the right choice for you.
