I personally believe in equality for all people which is one of the reasons I decided to build a website for OKEQ / Equality Business Alliance at a 50% discount. I actually did quite a few things for free as well. I built a website for OKEQ / EBA and everything worked just fine and was approved (I have the email to show anyone that wants to see it) by Shane Allbee who was my contact at OKEQ while building the website. Toby Jenkins said the website did not work and said he is not going to pay for it and that we are done. I was extremely surprised to hear this and replied, it has been tested and Shane even approved it, so lets go through the website so you can show me your concerns. He said about 5 times in a row "WE ARE DONE" and refused to discuss anything.

Shane Allbee was nice but very hard to deal with during production and sometimes would not return my emails and calls up to 2 months. This is the reason the project took so long to complete. Mr. Allbee was suppose to send an email out to all OKEQ EBA members on how to login for the first time but he never sent one out which caused a lot of confusion.

They are saying that all functions were not complete. I asked them to look at the signed agreement and tell me which ones have not been completed. They have not answered this in 5 months.

Also, OKEQ has members that are attorneys at McAfee & Taft, so if they decide not to pay a bill, they can just ask them to fight it. So I am pretty much out of luck on getting paid unless I hire an attorney and take them to court.
