Careful.... Ive paid my bill for may to june but ...

Careful.... Ive paid my bill for may to june but the bill for june to july is twice the amount i should have paid. Ive tried contact the customer service but it said that the customer service is full and cannot contacted me. I even tried to emailed but it replied with "we'll see ur problem within 1 day". Since im a student and ive finished my sem i need to go somewhere with my fam and so as my friend. So i need to settle this business now. Pls reply on ur customer n settle the business faster!!
