I called for specific service items to be done. When my wife drops the van off they decide to ignore what I requested and completely change what I had called and requested. Very disappointed that they took advantage of a female walking through the door instead of what was discussed the previous night. I was told "guess I should have brought it in myself" by the rep who called me. Over $300 for nothing to get fixed not even the recall which was one of the original three things I called about.
