Wow, your employees are awful! They locked a visually impaired/legally blind man inside a fenced in area and left him there until he called out to a passerby for assistance. They very clearly knew he was there. They didn't bother saying oh hey, we locked the gate, let us show you how to get out.

Some of your reviews are talking about the cost of your services. If the visually impaired man decides to sue you, I guess they'll be even more unhappy because the cost of your services will have to go up to cover whatever you have to pay out to him.
