I have never been to a Lexus dealership that was so useless. Parts department doesn't sell oil, a basic maintenance item for customers. Service lane doesn't have air available for customers. I suppose an entire RO would be needed to obtain another basic maintenance item. Couldn't get a car wash, as the service writer said they didn't have the manpower. She wasn't dealing with any customers at the time and the no one was in the service lane. I felt like she had no care to even begin to try to provide help. Accommodations at Kia dealer are more beneficial.
