According to the EMETALA Federal Statute applicable to Maryland hospitals it is against the law according to the US Attorney General to discharge an indigent, homeless, disabled, disturbed patient to the street. We have been informed by a witness that our love one may have suufered a crime, a breakdown, and homeless.
