Bought an 18 Golf R here just about 2 years ago, didn't write a review so I could feel out the service side of things too.

Excellent dealer. I was treated fairly at the negotiating table, finance and sales were great to deal with. Not pushy, I got exactly what I asked for.

No threats of what was or wasn't going to be covered if I didn't buy a certain amount of warranty, just laid out what was covered by factory and what I could add on.

And then where it really counts, service has been phenomenal. Rhonda, Holly and the crew have all bent over backwards for me. This last service I missed two appointments not being able to take time off and they worked with me anyways, again bending over backwards to help me out and get my car in.

I've had some minor trim issues and they fixed them without arguing "wear and tear" or any of the usual BS you might associate with a dealer. I feel taken care of, no lawyers nessacery. I've had it the other way around so this was a nice surprise.

Absolutely not your typical "stealership", this is how the dealer experience SHOULD be.

This is my first VW and I doubt my last with how things have been going - when the MK9 R is out I'll be signing papers here again.
