Not a good experience. They published a good price for a car in auto trader. I spent a day exchanging texts and calls trying to buy an advertised car. I was ignored most of the day because they were too busy. Finally called a manager to get the purchase started. I confirmed the price told them I would commit to the car and to draw up the sales documents. The next morning I get the call back- the price was entered incorrectly. What a waste of time.
