I bought my car here last October. I was pleased with the overall buying experience although there were costs for the vehicle that didn't show online. I got over it and really liked my sales guy. I scheduled online service yesterday for pickup. Got a call that it has to be 8am even tho the website allows you too book it. I said fine...do it tomorrow. There are online coupons cool...we settle it. At noon I called today to see why my car isn't picked up. When they revised my apt the guy said I would wait. Okay. Let's do it Monday. But the coupons expire tomorrow and you can't use them if they pick up your car. That's not online in the coupon nor was it said to me yesterday. Im paying $25 to have you pick it up. I said nevermind...I will find a different dealership and they were okay with that..and so stay away is my advice. They literally do not care about your service business.
