Staff is rude, discurteous and unprofessional. It seems as though they believe this is an episode of SCRUBS, as opposed to potentially life or death situations.

Additionally, you rarely see an actual Doctor, it's usually a Nurse-Practitioner, whom often make mistakes, or simply do NOT have the knowledge and capabilities that are required for proper treatment.
