My experience was great. My sales man was Brett Estes and he was outstanding. I called for help and he told me to come in and as soon as I got there he was on a mission to make me happy, and happy I was. Didn't pressure me into anything like most sales men do just told me how it was. He became a friend and that's how buying a car should be. He's a heck of a guy and is passionate about his job so I recommend going to Jim butler and talking to Brett.
